Protecting Worker's Rights

I am happy to share that my proposal to add Tennessee's Right to Work law to our state constitution, guaranteeing future generations of Tennessee workers their right to work regardless of whether they choose to join a union, passed the Senate by a vote of 24-5.

The 2020 legislative session is already almost halfway through! Last week, I had the pleasure of discussing several other proposals on Live at 9, including sales tax, proposed legislation on medical marijuana and my proposal to allow college athletes to seek compensation in the free market.
